Purchase Manager

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience on a such position;
- International retail as a preferential background;
- Ability to multi task within a busy role;
- Excellent knowledge of local Retail environment;
- Organizational and motivational skills;
- Ability to meet deadlines;
- Strong skills to build up processes, organizational paths and team working environment;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Excellent Computer literacy;
- Driving license.

For one of our clients, a multinational company who activates in office products distribution area, we are looking for a Purchase Manager.

The Purchase Manager will:
- Be responsible for obtaining materials, components and equipment;
- Negotiate with suppliers in order to obtain the best purchase terms;
- Examine bids, determine material requirements and maintains inventory at planned levels;
- Plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials;
- Evaluate vendor reliability; develop new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate;
- Monitor cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value;
- Follow up of purchase orders approval, placement to suppliers and suppliers confirmation;
- Inform the accounting department about cash flow needs;
- Keep accurate records as regards official price lists and correspondence with suppliers.
