Production Supervisor in Timisoara

Ability to exercises considerable judgment and initiative in responding to production problems and developing solutions to improve the manufacturing process
Technical degree
At least 3 years relevant working experience in similar position
Good command of English
Good computer knowledge.

Ensuring direct activities in order to attain production goals consistent with cost, quality and delivery requirements
Reviewing and establishing material, equipment and manpower resource requirements
Supervising and coordinating activities of workers in a shift and enforce companies police
Ensuring that all procedures were followed and new procedures were implemented
Aligning resources daily based on demand requirements
Responsible for maintaining safety, quality, efficiency and adherence to schedule
Identifying training needs for the team as well as individuals on the team and implementing programs accordingly
