Production Quality Engineer in BRASOV

For our client, a worldwide leader in automotive safety, we are looking for a PRODUCTION QUALITY ENGINEER.

-Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering;
-1-3 years Automotive industry, Quality Management systems, Quality and Problem solving tools;
-Very good communication skills in English;
-Team player with ability to lead cross functional teams in Q-work.

-Actively involved in PFMEA (Production failure and Effect analysis);
-Pre-production- and serial production control plan;
-Verify that the results from Quality related activities at Inflators Romania (IRO ) meet Autoliv Group and customer requirements;
-Identify risks ,analyze them, elevate to the correct level of management, suggest corrective actions,verify closure of open issues;
-Support timely accurate review of customer PPAP and sign off;
-Lead Problem Resolution Cross Functional Team using 8D-process;
-To analyze any product non-conformities in order to solve issues and verify customers;
-To analyze internal ppm (defect parts/million) and generate continuous improvement actions(e.g. standards, poka-yoke devices, product changes );
-Coordinate the disposition and hold of all suspect products;
-Update control plans and ensure that quality planning documentation is always updated (e.g. PFMEA )
-Participate in product/process/dock audits;
-Support implementation and maintenance of lessons learned system by active involvement.
