PRODUCTION MANAGER, Chocolate Industry, Bucharest,

Requirements:
Mechanical or technical engineering university degree;
Minimum 5 years experience as Production Manager, preferably in FMCG (chocolate production would be ideal);
Basic knowledge of mechanics, electronics, food production, equipment maintenance and operations, quality control, familiarized with ISO standards;
Strong personality, good manager with high responsibility level, flexible and results-oriented;
Good communication skills and team worker;
Ability to create new systems and procedures;
Ability to create and maintain a performing team;
Good English language level.

For one of our client, a multinational company, chocolate production who is part of a number of private companies acting in food industry with their own production and distribution units we are looking for a:

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Supervising the activity of subordinated employees, optimizing the department organization; responsible with reaching objectives and periodical revision of employee performance;
Establishing priorities and clear objectives, using efficiently all resources (people, equipment, materials, facilities);
Implementing a performance monitoring system in order to measure production line efficiency, the employees' contribution and performance;
Ensuring finite product delivery in due time and according to COGS standards, collaborating with marketing, sales and supply departments in order to establish production objectives and priorities;
Optimizing production costs (salaries, utilities) according to budget, optimizing the existent production flow;
Assisting R&D activity and implementing R&D recommendations from the internal department or from the external consultant regarding new products or recipes, related costs, quality standard;
Supervising new equipment installation or optimizing production flow, regarding existing production lines.
