| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For one of our clients, the world's leading supplier of software for information management, we are looking for a Product Support Analyst (CRM).
Requirements:
- Higher education in a technical field or relevant working experience;
- Technical Customer Support experience;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Technical skills in relational databases (Oracle, SQLServer or DB2), operating systems (Unix, NT or MVS), programming languages and web technologies;
- Understanding of structured SQL statements and how they are executed in the RDBMS;
- Functional or Technical knowledge of CRM products –preferably Peoplesoft;
- Able to handle difficult or sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact;
- Fluent in French, preferrably native, Spanish language knowledge would be a plus;
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and writing skills.

- Research, resolve and respond to highly complex and/or critical questions across the product line and product boundaries;
- Demonstrate strong follow-through and consistently keep commitments to customers;
- Ensure that each and every customer is handled with a consummately professional attitude and the highest possible level of service;
- Take ownership and responsibility for priority customer cases where and when required;
- Develop a depth and breadth of knowledge within the product line in various product areas, service offering and support policies;
- Contribute to an environment that encourages information sharing and team-based resolution activity.
