| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University Degree;
At least 5 years experience in sales;
Strong experience in negotiating with corporate customers;
Able to plan, organize, and implement a range of sales promotion programs and/or events;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a major company active in pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a National Sales Manager who should be able to:
- coordinate the national sales team, all sales activities, in order to reach the agreed objectives;
- analyze the specific market, plan and manage the assigned budget ;
- define strategic and short term plans and actions for Sales Department;
- Create and suggest specific strategies in order to optimize the activity;
- organize, supervise and train the sales team in order to enable them to operate and perform efficiently and effectively;
- create and perform an internal performances evaluation system;
- elaborate and analyze monthly forecasts (national level) and results regarding income statements.
