| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Business degree (Business, Finance or Logistics preferably);
MBA or other M.S. (Logistics) degree will be an extra asset;
At least 5 years of working experience in the logistics area (5 – 8 is the range), preferably in a multinational company;
At least 2 - 3 years in similar position (2 – 4 is the range);
Warehouse experience is crucial;
Experience working with ERP & barcode system;
Finance & accounting knowledge will be an extra asset;
Excellent communication skills;

Mobility. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Plan, coordinate, control & ensure the effective safe storage of ICMs & Raw Materials as well as that delivery and distribution of ICMs to the customer is implemented in an effective manner, properly, contributing to the fulfilment of company plans, market needs and satisfaction of the final customer.
Contribute to the fulfilment of customers’ needs, ensuring the prompt and smooth processing of logistics procedures.
Ensure prompt and accurate information on invoicing and storage keeping related issues.
Ensure the minimization of the storage period for the products (finish products & raw materials) at company's facilities, contributing in the reduction of the storage cost.
Study, recommend and after approval implement systems, processes and procedures related to the operation of Logistics function, so that continuous upgrade of efficiency at optimum cost is achieved.
Ensure efficient coordination of third parties in order to accomplish the invoicing and delivery planning according to company plans & customer's needs.
Review on a monthly basis financial results of the function, explain the reasons for any deviations & take corrective actions, in order to be aligned with the agreed budget.
Control, coordinate, motivate and evaluate human resources’ performance in order to achieve smooth and effective operation of the function.
Create an environment that promotes the values that the company represents & allow human resources to perform & develop their skills and competencies.
