| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree – engineering (having a technical background would make it easier to analyse the needs of the production and to assess properly the quality of the proposals);
Relevant experience in similar position within an industrial environment;
Knowledge of purchasing and contracting principles;
Knowledge of procurements methods and procedures;
Knowledge of computerized purchasing systems and new purchasing methodology;
Good negotiation skills and communication skills;
English (written and spoken);
Valid driving license.
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Our client is a leading global producer of lime, with more than 140 years of experience in the extraction and processing of high calcium limestone and dolomitic stone into lime and lime-related products for industrial and commercial customers. Together we are looking for a Local Purchaser in Brasov.
Responsibilities:
Performing day by day follow-up of the purchasing requisitions in the system;
Preparing all the needed material (quotations from suppliers and information about their services) for negotiation as requested by the Purchasing Manager;
Maintaining the relationship with internal customer;
Managing the purchasing of material and services within his scope of responsibility;
Selecting and evaluating goods and services suppliers on multiple criteria (price, quality, service support, reliability, etc.);
Negotiating prices and grant contract with suppliers;
Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are met during the execution of the contract;
Organising and monitoring delivery schedules;
Clearing operations in the Information System once they are closed;
Preparing reports on purchasing activities in the country;
Preparing and maintaining accurate record and documentation on all purchases, quotations and contracts;
Keeping evidences of incoming material and prepare material for financial department;
Monitoring stock level according to the request of the Purchasing Manager;
Creating and maintaining data base of suppliers or vendors, of materials and services.
