CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position within a medium or large company (more than 200 employees), with proven results in HR topics mentioned above
Excellent analysis and strategic thinking skills
Executive, result oriented and “hands on” person (when needed)

For one of our clients, a leading company in IT & C field, we are looking for a HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
Develop general HR strategy, considering staffing,training and development, performance appraisal, retention, compensation, administrative and legal topics;
Manage staffing process, being responsible for designing organizational chart, planning HR scheme and also for accurate recruitment and selection practice;
Provide competent advice for management development strategy;
Develop HR policies and procedures to assure both organizational efficiency and compliance with internal/legal regulations;
Coordinate HR Department team (more than 5 employees);
Manage, control and report HR budget.
