| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
University degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in similar position within a medium or large company (more than 200 employees), with proven results in HR topics mentioned above
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

For one of our clients, a global market leader of the international express and logistics industry, we are looking for a Human Resources & Training Manager.
The role will include Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training and Development
Establish and be highly involved in the implementation of strategic Recruitment and Training programmes
Coordinate HR Department team.
