HR Officer

Two-years work experience in the HR area in a multinational organization;
Strong interviewing skills and good knowledge of recruitment techniques;
Relevant education and HR training;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Results oriented person that is able to identify priorities and to meet dead-lines;
University degree;
PC skills (MS Word & Excel);
Strong English-language abilities

For one of our clients, a multinational company active in heavy industry, we are looking for a HR Officer who should be able to:
Implement recruitment programs for both blue and white-collar non-managerial staff in order to meet business needs;
Coordinate recruitment and pre-screens junior managerial staff;
Interview potential candidates and coordinate with line management concerning the fit of candidates with the job;
Organise and supervise administrative tasks related to recruitment;
Implement assessment programs and identify training and development needs of staff along with line management;
Advise employees and management on appropriate training courses;
Arrange in-house and external training courses and seminars;
Monitor the progress of trainees;
Maintain accurate training records and control the costs of all training activities.
