CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR field
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Hands on experience in: strategy development in all aspects of HR, organization design; performance management processes, recruitment and selection process
University degree (Psychology would be an advantage)
Fluency in English

For one of our clients from the hotel industry in Bucuresti, we are looking know for a talented and enthusiastic HR Manager:
Main responsibilities:
Developing the general HR strategy according to the desired objectives of the company;
Generating HR procedures and polices, as part of the general management strategy of the company;
Implementation of specific procedures (recruitment and selection, personnel assessment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, health and safety, labour relations);
Proposing and leading projects on organizational development: organizational chart and job descriptions regular evaluation, positioning chart, roles and competences within the company;
Coordination and supervision of the implementation process of performance planning and performance appraisal;
Establishing the procedure regarding the information flow between departments within the company;
Managing the activity of the human resources department both internally and in relation with other stakeholders;
Developing and managing the HR budget.
