| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Excellent knowledge of both Italian and English
Maximum availability and at least 3/5 years of experience as Help DeskCall Center coordinator.
Capacity to manage personnel turn-over rotating shifts and monitor performance
Capacity to integrate specific customer needs in the HD structure.
Capacity’ to analyze Inbound e Outbound activities.
Experience in the creationmethodology of HD structure
Experience in selection of specialized personnel
Experience in education of HD personnel
Excellent knowledge of call center mansions with the object of insuring a high quality service in the following areas:
Management of Front-Office and of Back-Office.
Network Management Hardware and Software knowledge.
Knowledge of ticketing applications and procedures of call management
Knowledge of Windows 2000/XP, SQL and Access for the creation and analysis of Back Office statistics | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
