RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
To identify all procedures in the Company, assist management in setting up new procedures/formalizing existing procedures if and where needed, co-ordinate the integration of all procedures in a Company Procedure Manual (“CPM”), set up tools for the continuous updating of the CPM
- To verify, on a continuous basis, the compliance with the Company’s internal procedures, report cases of non-compliance
- To monitor compliance with corporate competency limits
- To prepare (for the insurance activities only) reports to the Insurance Supervisory Body, in accordance with the law.
Either possesses a Financial Auditor qualification (“auditor financiar”) or,at minimum, has completed the first year of practice after passing the Financial Auditor examinations
- Good English
- Good computer operating skills
-Open-minded and fast learner
-Understand information flow between company department and operating basics of each.
Experience in insurance and/or internal audit is a plus. |
