Head of Health Security Environment Quality for Oil and Fuels Industry

For one of our clients, who activates in Oils and Fuels Industry, we are looking for a Head of Health Security Environment Quality:

Requirements:
University degree in a technical field;
Relevant experience in oil and fuels related field;
Managerial experience of at least 2 years;
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Understanding of HSEQ Management System;
Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14 000 & 18 000 norm series in preparation and auditing;
Knowledge of EU legislative requirements and OGP guidelines;
Good presentation & communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
Developing the strategies for HSEQ Division, in collaboration with the Marketing Division;
Ensuring that HSEQ objectives are publicized and disseminated to all employees and business partners by presentations, workshops and training;
Being permanently informed on market configuration in HSEQ and respecting EU Standards and OGP requirements;
Developing performance standards to measure the successful implementation of the HSEQ management system;
Reviewing all major accident/ incident investigation reports and ensuring all necessary preventions;
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Division and Corporate HSEQ Department on all matters related to HSEQ & Security.
