| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Advanced PC skills (MS Office, ERP preferred);
Fluent written and spoken French and communicative /preferably fluent English;
Communication skills;
Excellent accounting knowledge;
At least 5 years experience;
Flexibility, esp. during month-end closure;
Experience with ERP preferred;
Positive approach to problem solving.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsible for covering the following areas of the GL function:
Ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies;
Maintaining procedures and transaction processing;
Maintaining Chart of Accounts;
Ensuring timely processing, recording & posting of journal entries and ensuring resolution of interface issues;
Overseeing assigned reconciliations & resolution of reconciling items;
Overseeing creation / definition and execution of mass allocation journals, and recurring journals;
Processing Balance Sheet and Income Statement;
Reviewing generation and maintenance of predefined standard and management reports including Consolidation reporting, Management reporting and Statutory reporting;
Resolving the General Ledger inquiries;
Archiving and providing Records Retention and Audit Support;
Completing the assigned tasks/reports within agreed deadlines and quality;
Co-operating on additional critical tasks for the unit (e.g. audit, internal audit etc.) according the decision of the GL Supervisor;
Developing appropriate client relationships;
Developing a good relation within the team and sharing experience;
Taking responsibility for own professional development and growth in line with agreed ACS and PDP. |
