CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Key Competencies:
Functional experience in F&A - highly developed;
ERP (preferably SAP R/3) experience - developed;
Business Perspective - developed;
Leadership - highly developed;
Communication skills - developed;
Sense of quality - highly developed;
Pro-active - highly developed.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Accounting or similar;
Fluent French and English (written and oral);
Proven experience in an international reporting environment (both financial and management reporting);
Proven experience with accounting processes in an international environment;
Good knowledge of IAS;
Experience with a variety of statutory reporting and fiscal environments;
Ability to “close the books”.
Required Qualifications:
A number of years as finance manager in an internationally reputed company and/or audit manager experience with multinational clients. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Managing and developing a team of approx. 25 FTEs of diverse experience and cultures;
Delivering high quality service to the Client;
Planing, supervising and delivering monthly/quarterly book closing;
Performing financial reporting according to IAS;
Performing management reporting (predominantly SAP/PA);
Pro-actively driving process harmonization across served entities;
Proving “hands-on” involvement in Operations (predominantly reporting);
Providing professional coaching to junior employees in key accounting and reporting areas;
Having the ability to serve as qualified “single point of contact” for the Client on key reporting and transactional issues;
Acting as sparring partner of the Client in suggesting improvements (end-to-end view);
Ensuring quality of services delivered and KPI reporting;
Providing issue management and resolution;
Performing the deal commercial and financial control;
Developing and managing the client relationships. |
