| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Relevant experience in managing operations in a demanding and challenging business environment;
Excellent technical knowledge, organization / administration, customer service, and management skills;
Very good computer knowledge and a functional understanding of building monitoring systems;
Fluency in English;
Electrical Engineering Degree.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a leading provider of Business Services & Technology Solutions, we are looking for a Facility Manager.
Manages all day to day operational, vendor management and client service related issues within the areas of responsibility;
Provides strategic leadership and focuses on cost control, training, budget / project planning, and resource management;
Manages outsourced service providers and maintains operating standards and procedures;
Assists in procurement of spares, consumables and services;
Enhances the credibility of the function by working closely with all internal customers and demonstrating the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, service and commercial expertise.
