Data Neutralization Engineer in Oradea

Engineering degree;
Ability & diligence to follow and execute processes to completion;
Good interpersonal skills;
Very good English skills;
Familiarity with any ECAD/MCAD systems and/or engineering tools (Flexa, Valor, SiPlace, etc.);
Familiarity with Corporate Engineering Solutions (Valor, Aegis, Flexa, TiMMS, SiPlace Pro, Fabmaster/Test Expert);
Expert knowledge of customer product data requirements;
Extensive understanding of the various types of ECAD and MCAD data formats and exchange standards;
Knowledge of the EMS industry and Bid/NPI/ME experience;
Familiarity with Celestica’s Bid, NPI, NCI, EC and procurement processes;
Expert knowledge of Corporate PDM process and tools (Matrix, Aspect, SAP, etc).

Review customer product data with respect to engineering requirements and suggest changes for improvements;
Gauge completeness and quality level of customer data so as to meet the requirements of the site’s down stream engineering processes - ASD, DFM, Stencil Design, machine programming, documentation, tool design/procurement, Structural Test (AOI, AXI, ICT);
Work with PDM CAD team to ensure there are means, if necessary, to convert data into a format that can be used by Engineering;
Work with PDM NPI Specialists and PDA to ensure that there is a DOU in place that captures all the necessary data conversion, extraction, and setup requirements for each customer;
Take corrective action when product data package fails to meet DOU requirements;
Work with site and corporate teams to further improve the data neutralization process to make the transition from customer data to physical product more efficient and cost effective;
Work with BDs, GCUs and/or CFTs to gain an understanding of the complete and correct product data structure.
