RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For our client, a multinational company in telecommunication field, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives.
The Customer Service Representative will have to:
- Handle incoming calls from internal and external customers;
- Handle incoming requests by fax or e-mail from external customers and managing their requests;
- Negotiation and advice concerning the best solutions for client;
- Operating their requests in a quick and satisfactory manner for the client (billing system);
- Provide information on inquiries regarding specific services and products;
- Deal with customer complaints and offer proper solutions;
- Follow up on issues not solved directly during the call.
