For one of our clients, an international company who will soon open a branch in Romania, active in the real estate and constructions field, we are looking for a Country Manager.

Responsibilities:

Plan and organize the activity of the company from commercial and administrative point of view;
Develop the company strategies, tools, and operational procedures to maximize results; develop timeframes and goals for departments; monitor and report results versus plan;
Develop the clients network and supervise the deployment of the projects from technical point of view;
Conceive business plans for allocating the available resources;
Reports on activity progress on regular basis;
Recruit, train, motivate people.
