CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER, medical insurance field


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:


Responsibilities:

Identifying contact persons (Executives, HR Managers) from the targeted companies;
Identifying the company’s needs related to employees benefits and group products;
Preparing and executing offers to the Client - in close cooperation with the related operational departments (Life insurance, Non life Insurance, Health Insurance);
Creating and managing the relationship with the Client;
Maintaining the existing client relationships and ensures that Client is fully served;
Establishing contacts with potential Clients within the assigned market with a view to expand the client base;
Making presentation on the group products to the Client;
Conducting negotiations with the Client aimed to set up group contract;
Concluding the group contract with the Client;
Supporting the designing of the new group products, as requested by market (competition and clients);
Analyzing the competition;
Developing relationship marketing events.


Requirements:

University Degree;
5 years relevant experience with proved record in corporate relations field;
Aptitude and enjoyment for working in a sales oriented environment;
Strong selling and closing skills in corporate environment, proved commercial track record;
Strong planning and organizing abilities;
Great relationship-building skills, both externally with customers and internally with co-workers and support personnel;
Ability to sell strategically and creatively, not dependent upon a mapped out sales process for success;
Drive to deliver a top performance;
Transparent, open and straight forward;
Excellent command in English (speaking/presenting, writing and reading).
