CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Fluency in English
PC skills: Access(basic knowledge), Excel,Word,Power Point.
Customer orientation
Results oriented.
Field Related Experience: minimum 1 year experience in Telecom industry would be an asset.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the telecom field, we are looking for a Compensation Administrator within the Marketing Department.
Key responsibilities:
Run the commission applications for distribution channels
Sends detailed reports to distribution channels on a monthly basis
Processes reconciliation against commissioning results and communicate adjustments to Channel Marketing analysts.
Process commissioning invoices and perform monthly accruals by working closely with finance dept.
Prepare operational analyses that support Channel Marketing business goals
Elaborate necessary processes and lead the development of procedures to support the above tasks.
