Commercial Director in Timisoara

- University Degree; MBA is an advantage;
- Managerial competences, experience in contracting, assuming risks, innovative spirit, assuming the responsibilities for decision making;
- Proactive attitude;
- At least 3 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial Director position;
- Very good knowledge of the western economical area of the country; experience in retail and/or GSM business is an advantage;
- Very good knowledge of English;
- PC operating skills;
- Availability for possible temporary relocations.

- Coordinating, supervising and controlling the activity of the commercial departments (logistics and sales) of all the firms from inside the Group;
- Developing and implementing new commercial procedures unitary for all the firms of the Group;
- Elaborating the retail sales strategies and the network distribution strategies;
- Elaborating the logistic strategies;
- Collaborating with the Marketing and Development departments of the firms from inside the Group, to accomplish the sales target, the marketshare, goodwill cat and developmental targets at the Group level;
- Organizing the commercial management reviews for the Group;
- Generating the managerial reports and the commercial performance indicators' system - specific to each of the firms;
- Assuring the organizational developmental politics and human resource politics of the firms - according to the unitary target and vision of the Group.
