Commercial Director in Suceava

For one of our clients, an international company active in wood industry, we are looking for a Commercial Director.

Requirements:

University degree in business studies;
Previous experience in finance and administration field;
Previous experience in an European or American industrial corporate group would be an advantage;
Very good computer skills (MS Office professional, SAP knowledge would be an advantage);
Fluency in English or German language;
Very good managerial and organizational skills;
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Building up commercial department;
Managing and controlling the company’s activities in the field of finance and administration;
Coordinating the activity in the following areas:
- general administration;
- finance and accounting;
- taxes and law;
- human resources;
- IT.
Being responsible with budget management;
Being responsible with controlling, planning and reporting activities;
Contacting and developing the relation with the public authorities;
Being responsible with obtaining subsidies.
