Car Wash Category Manager for Oil and Fuels Industry based in Bucharest

For one of our clients, who activates in Oils and Fuels Industry, we are looking for a Car Wash Category Manager:

Requirements:
University degree;
Relevant experience in the car wash business;
Excellent knowledge of English language.

Main responsibilities:
Planning the turnover and margin of the car wash business within the car wash business targets;
Developing pricing strategies;
Negotiating purchase prices;
Conducting the selection of suppliers for the car wash business in the frame of the general contract conditions;
Maintaining and optimizing the retail price and net margin;
Supervising and optimizing supply processes;
Developing a customer – oriented effective management of the car wash business at the filling stations;
Participating in the identification and development of the best practice and ideas concerning the local market;
Developing a conceptual and promotion strategy, in collaboration with the Marketing Department;
Analyzing the results of the developed campaigns and bringing ideas of new actions for future improvement;
Developing training programs in his area of expertise, for and in collaboration with the Area Managers.
