| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Technical university degree (5 years study);
Minimum 3 years experience on quality control/assurance position and 1-2 years in an automotive environment;
Knowledge of automotive standards/requirements (TS 16949:2002, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);
Proven analytical skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Good English language command;
Computer literate;
Self-motivated and open to learn.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Driving the implementation of "0 ppm" mentality;
Developing quality strategy and concepts to be deployed for automotive customers;
Being Solectron quality interface to current or potential automotive customers;
Driving the implementation of the common processes on all automotive lines;
Reviewing recommended manufacturing processes and material quality processes for compliance with outlined targets;
Signing-off process designs to ensure compliance and conformity to quality standards;
Supervising quality improvement plans and ensuring efficiency of improvement by monitoring quality indicators (ppm, Cpk/Ppk, GR&R, etc.);
Ensuring compliance to customer complaint resolution process in terms of respecting the defined steps and timeliness;
Ensuring coherence between Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan and Work Instructions by driving automotive culture through quality improvement process;
Provides site management with applicable information on automotive quality performance e.g. PPAP and project status.
