CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Responsible, organized, efficient and flexible person;
Minim one year experience in a similar position;
University degree. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Provides administrative support and performs varied secretarial duties;
Manages complex calendar; organizes travel arrangements, appointments & events;
Prepares reports & presentation materials;
Receives & refers phone/e-mail inquiries;
Communicates with customers/partners; answers questions to inquiries and/or direct them to the appropriate resource;
Translates and types different internal documents, reports, tables, memos;
Organizes and maintains the filing system. |
