| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Bachelors degree
At least 1 year of key account management or purchasing experience in pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong project management, planning and organizing abilities
Clean driving license
Availability to travel
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Implement the sales strategy with the Pharmacy Key Accounts, based on their potential and in close alignment with the company business goals
Develop yearly customer plans for designated clients
Support Sales Manager in developing selling channel plans
Coordinate the yearly negotiations with the designated clients, agree upon commercial terms and trade marketing budgets, within the approved budget limits
Promote company products to the designated clients, assuring adequate updated listing, optimal assortment and good shelf space, through active involvement at central customer level and in-store, together with the field force
Manage customer investments within pre-defined budget
