CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge about Romanian labor code
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Manage and monitor the implementation of the company’s HR policies and procedures
- Responsible for recruitment process
- Responsible for compensation and benefits, employment contracts and labor law issues
- Assess the development needs of the employees and propose a consistent plan of training programs
- Direct report to HR Lead Central & Eastern Europe
