Bachelors degree

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Involved in the elaboration of Compensation & Benefits budget
Develop and implement competitive salary and compensation systems and manage the benefits programmes
Manage the salary budget, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
Responsible for the annual compensation review preparation and implementation
Participate in the job analysis and job grading process
