Qualifications:
- commercial education

Experiences:
- several years experience in a similar position in white or brown goods
- proven track record selling demanding consumer goods
- excellent network of contacts with key decision-makers and representatives of specialized trade groups in electrical appliances sector


Skills:
- English is mandatory, German is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- leadership
- very good level of computer literacy
- ability to work with new technologies

Job Purpose: to manage the distribution/sales and to ensure independently assistance to the national key accounts in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:
- achieving the targets in terms of turnover and volume
- communication and negotiation with key accounts in various fields like: specialized trade customers, roasting companies and international business customers
- planning and implementing the marketing budget
- realization of sales promotions
- fully responsible for the continued growth and development of the business in Romania
- maintaining the selective distribution strategy
- reporting directly to JURA CEE
