CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in logistics (procurement, planning) or in related functional areas (customer/ supplier relation)
- Experience in leading people

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
For our Production Plant Timisoara, we are looking for dynamic and motivated people to join our Logistics team within Focus Factory Instrumentation and Driver HMI:
As a Logistic Team Leader your responsibilities will be:
- Planning, implementation and optimization Logistic processes
- Assuring that Logistic KPI are full field and escalation in case of deviation
- Allocating incoming work, existing resources and sets up priorities in order to meet upcoming / ongoing tasks and have balanced workload
- Coaches newcomers and ensures appropriate training of employees in order to improve their level of technical know-how
- Ensures cross-functional communication / co-operation in order to improve information flow
- Performs periodical team members evaluation
- Cooperation with central Logistic department
- Dispatching customer orders/ requirements.
- Overview and monitoring the stock levels and coverage of finished goods.
- Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines.
- Monitoring of the delivery dates and dispatching/invoicing for finished goods in optimum time.
