RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Prepare and propose to approval the annual audit and control plan;
Identify the activities subject to audit missions, prioritize their importance and the risk grade associated;
Monitor the drawing up of the control reports and propose measures for improving the quality of the reports;
Prepare for the management annual reports regarding significant risks, verified departments/processes/activities and the results of the verifications, along with the interpretation of those results in order to propose the improvement of the audit activities.
Job requirements:
University degree in Economics;
Certified as Financial Auditor by Romanian Chamber of Auditors;
At least 5 years of experience in audit in banking field, at least 3 in a managerial position;
Analytical thinking;
Ability to supervise, coordinate and motivate people;
Excellent command of English language;
