| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-University degree or Highscool diploma
-Computer literacy
-Good level of English ( written and spoken )
-Excellent communication and sales skills
-Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
-Previous experience in retail and team management at least 2 years
-Affinity for home decoration
-Dynamic,honest and pro-active person
-Knowing of Croatian or Serbian will be consider as an advantage

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-to secure day-to-day operations of the shop
-effectively manage the team of 6 persons
-ensure the sales goals through organization and motivation of the sales team
-interview and recruits sales team
-preparing documents for book-keeping and payroll accounting
-shop manager for LIVING HOME FASHION shop in Liberty center in Bucurest
-excellent salary based on sales results
