| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Customer Service Agent
Language Trainers requires a Customer Service Agent with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in the UK, Europe and USA.
The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home), and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from our headquarters in the UK. You will need to possess a very good command of English. You will also need to be highly organized, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft’ Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection. Willingness to work flexible hours, especially early mornings/late evenings, would be an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities:
-Responding to client enquiries by email and phone
-Preparing quotations for customers (incl.: advising customers on our range of courses with the aid of our academic advisor, negotiating payments.)
-Recruiting teachers (incl: checking references, contracts, negotiating rates)
-Generating sales (against the weekly/monthly targets set by the management)
-Organising and coordinating courses (scheduling, finding suitable trainers for customers, managing customer feedback)
-Reporting to management on a daily basis
-Liaising with headquarters & team on a daily basis via Skype, MSN Messenger and Email
Requirements /Essential Criteria :
Skills:
- Speak and write English fluently and preferably speak at least one other language
- Excellent phone manner
- Excellent PC (Microsoft Office & internet) skills
- Strong organisational Skills
Knowledge and experience:
- Proven customer service experience (at least 18 months)
- University degree
- Experience working in an international team
- Administrative experience (at least 12 months)
Behavioural competencies:
- Customer service orientation
- Flexibility
- Teamworking
Desirable:
-Have experience working in educational environment
-Have experience working in sales
Salary: $650 per month.
Hours / Holidays: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm/or 1p.m-10.30p.m , one hour for lunch 31 days paid holiday (including public holidays)
Trial period: 6 months.
