Education / Qualification: Law Graduate (those who are not members of the Bar are expected to pass the next entry exam)
Practical experience: Previous experience of team working
Office skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and Knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel
Commercial Skills: General business awareness
Languages: Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Provides paralegal and administrative assistance as required throughout the firm, both to practice groups and to other business services departments.

These may include:
• Various Legal Research;
• Commercial Registration (setting up a company and house keeping, restructuring)
• Real Property Registration (especially, mortgage);
• Due Diligence Support and Data Room Preparation;
• Searches and filings with Governmental Agencies;
• Drafting of various legal documentation;
• Client interface;
• Maintaining a good relationship with the Public Notaries.
