| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Professional experience: Must have significant experience of web-based technologies. Has worked on business back end systems.
Language skills: Fluent English (spoken and written).
Preliminary psychological profile: Should be meticulous, hard-working and reliable and enjoy the challenge of working. Should be independent, inventive and self-motivated.

Use of Photoshop to produce web graphics
XML and XSLT experience an advantage for this post.
Main responsibilities: Developing software from detailed technical specifications, testing and refining it.
Work schedule: The successful candidate will be able to work from home and will be offered flexi-time but will have frequent project deadlines and regular web conferences.
There will be a trial period of two months during which Lingo24 will evaluate the individual's performance. If systems are built with sound code and work is carried out efficiently and with integrity, the contract will be made permanent (or long-term). It's also important that the individual works well as part of our team.
Salary: 400-550 Euros/month salary, bonuses for good performance, broadband connection, opportunity for international travel and career development in fast-growing company. Other benefits such as a private pension will be considered after a qualifying period.
