| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- University degree in Communication / Economics / Social Sciences
- minimum 2 years experience in sales
- minimum 2 years experience in executing or conducting training, preferably in performance management, communication and sales
- Fluent English language
- pedagogic skills ( the ability to teach and use the right techniques)
- presentation skills

- organisational and leadership skills
- methodical and analitical person
- indepth thinking and understanding relations between various factors impacting performance

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- To develop proper procedures, standards and documents in order to improve operational training activities within CMC
- To be actively involved in internal and external educational processes (trainings, seminars, workshops) and prepare all needed for active participation
- To evaluate, check needs and consequently prepare concepts and programs on trainings, coaching, mentorship activities for individual positions
- To prepare new sales dialogues, optimize existing ones and train agent and constantly improve sales performance (measure via sales KPI's)
- To monitor agent performance, isolate poor efficiency and increase agent sales profitability while lowering agent cost
- To cooperate with establishment of train the trainer program according to the development of CMC
- To take care on quality of a service and achieving standards as agreed with involved parties (clients, employees, managers)
- To listen the dialogues, evaluate and constantly improve their quality
- To prepare evaluation concept of individual sales competences per agent position
- To cooperate in upgrading systems regarding education, trainings, motivation and rewarding
- To have a proper follow up and to be indirectly involved on evaluation and development of employees
