Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for coordinating the management of all administrative and sales functions within the company and shall be capable of negotiating and making binding decisions for the company. The Deputy Manager is expected to work as a team with the Call Center Manager, HR Manager, IT Manager, Financial Manager and coordinate the Sales and Marketing Department. The Deputy Manager is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Developing business plans and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributing to the development of training and educational programs for clients and managers
- Growing the company; he or she will be focused on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers.
- Maintaining contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Delegating authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
- Setting examples for all employees in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
- Conducting regular coaching and counseling with Managers to build motivation and leadership skills.
- Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- The candidate should have in depth knowledge in these key areas: financial planning/budgeting, contract proposal process, business development, management, and project management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field required
- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
- Experience with B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Very Good English oral & written
