| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities:
Manages and collects on an assigned account the bad debts using several tools
Develop and maintaining a strong working relationship with customers
Minimize client bad debts
Understands and manages system strategies to maximize collection results
Negotiate payment terms with our customers
Operational execution:
Complete routine collection calls to determine payment status of accounts
Set follow-up calls
