RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Market research. Market overview. Necessary to visit and assess properties. Evaluate perspective purchases. Do highest and best use analysis. Do cost comparisons. Find profitable projects. Present the projects to MD to decide whether is profitable or not. Manage purchased property and any development, Liaise with otehr property professionals. Present each project to investors. |
DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
Twenty years experince in property investment and management in Western Europe. The Romanian Branch will assemble and promote local property portfolios to foreign investors. |
