| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Engineer.
Experience working in an Eastern European country.
Experience in production, especially in the area of metal-mechanics.
Independent, but disciplined to follow the rules established by the company
Highly motivated, he will be the principal leader of this industrial project
Team builder.
Analytic, able to find opportunities to achieve objectives
Patient, but directed to objectives.
High managerial skills: Human Resources, Economy, etc. in all areas entrusted by the company
Command of English, verbal & written. German will be valued.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The tasks of the new Manager will be as follows:
Commissioning and management of the new plant.
Hiring & organizing the new working team of more than 300 people.
Controllers team supervision, responsible for accounting results.
Manage all areas related to logistics, technical department, maintenance, etc.
Purchasing of material, such as steel.
Relations and negotiations with local authorities, will be the legal representative of the company in Romania
