Civil engineer1 is for excavation survey & concept design. The ideal candidate will need experience in ground civil works engineering and knowledge in soils foundation.
1) Ability to conceive and validate the feasability of specific reinforced concrete foundations to dodge the existing buried obstacle and further to deeper detail design => expertise in civil works / foundations and Mechanics of Materials,
2) Familiarisation with Microsoft office software
3) English speaker
Civil engineer2 should have knowledge of ROBOT software and structure calculation.

Senior Contracts Administrator (Logistics Governance) The job holder must have proven: As well as traditional contract management competencies, the incumbent will be expected to develop and implement contract strategies in a rapidly evolving project and national context. High fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminology. Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint and E-mail). - Qualifications & Experience: The job holder must have : Educated up to Tertiary level, with a minimum of 5/6 years contracts experience in: oil & gas sector and special transports, logistics services and infrastructures. Experience with high value (above $3million) contracts/ contracts of strategic importance. Experience should be in all aspects of contract management from cradle to grave. Good knowledge of SAP is desirable. High fluency in written and spoken English, particularly for contract terminology

Senior Contracts Administrator (Process Area)
• Good knowledge and understanding of Project and Corporate contract and finance procedures.
• Knowledge of computer based systems including Enterprise wide applications, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent packages.
• Knowledge of checking of contractual terms against invoices. • Ability to work in an expediting role to assist the Contract Holder in the execution of his/her obligations.

Contracts Administration Coordinator - Required Competencies:
• Competent to lead and manage a team of Contract Administrators in a demanding construction commercial environment.
• Familiar with project control and contracting requirements of Offshore Facilities Hook-Up and Installation
• Familiar with construction project contract management and finance procedures and guidelines.
• Familiar with monthly contract, cost and progress reports and forecasts.
• Knowledge of computer based systems including, SAP, IMIS, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent packages.
• Possess the necessary skills to lead, compile and carry out pre-qualification activities, drafting of contract documents, ITT, commercial bid evaluation and negotiations and final drafting of contract documents.
• Possession of a basic knowledge of Kazakh or Codified Law an advantage

Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in Offshore Contract Management of Petrochemical Construction Projects for a minimum of 10 years and with a major oil company for a minimum of five years.
• Experience in Project Controls and Contract Administration on major EPC projects for a minimum of ten years.
Experience in dealing with Project Partners & Stakeholders

Offshore Supply Chain Management Coordinator -
• Competencies in: Marine transports, and Marine means;
• Significant background in Logistics Management in the Caspian region is extremely beneficial;
• Strong commercial awareness and an aptitude for liaising with international subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications
• 10+ years experience in managing Offshore Project activity;
• Significant experience in marine transportation;

1.Co-ordinates the activities of workshop personnel, ensuring optimisation of duties and compliance with schedules.
2.Ensures the works programme is followed.
3.Provides quantitative data required for issuing the works programme and supervise issue of Progress Report.
4.Manages workshop equipment and supervise maintenance and/or repair jobs to ensure that equipment is kept in good working order.
5.Supervises that welding activities are carried out according to group procedures and quality standards.
6.Checks that consumables used in the workshop complies with required quality standards.
7.Optimise workshop and pre-fabrication activities.
