LEGAL ADVISOR

- university degree (Law Faculty),
- very good knowledge of English language (writing, reading, speaking),
- minimum 2 years experience with commercial agreements;
- good knowledge of MS Office (including Power Point,Outlook,Internet, etc.

- consultancy of the activity carried on by the Banking Recoveries Office;
- to notice the Bank's managers, the Heads of Bank's Divisions and the Branch managers about those modifications of legislation related to their activity;
- drawing up of agreement drafts and/or drafts of other legal documents related to the bank activity;
- legal assistance granted to the compartments in the bank;
-consultancy upon the agreements and business the bank concluded, at the managers's request;
- consultancy upon crediting activity (credit agreements, securities agreements, assuring of their opposability) and front-office activity;
- drawing up of additional documents to the bank constitutive document, based upon the decisions taken by the Shareholders General Meeting, as well as upon other documents the Trade Register asks for mentions registration;
-mentions registrations with the Trade Register;
- drawing up and maintenance of the mailed documents related to juridical aspects in the relation with State authorities or, depending on each case, with individuals and other legal entities;
- representation in front of legal courts.
