Branch Manager

 university degree (economics sciences or MBA),
 previous experience in management or direct sales area with another bank (minimum 3 years),
 very good knowledge of English language (spoken and written),
 good knowledge of man management and project management,
 excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and sales abilities,
 analysis and synthesis capability.

- Assures the development, organization and management of the branch in conformity with the legislation in force, with the bank’s development policy and strategic objectives.
- Represents the Branch.
- Generates and develops business; responsible for increasing the client portfolio and business volume.
- Negotiates transactions, interest rates and commissions and submits them to Head-Office for approval.
- Manages the assets and liabilities of the Branch in order to maximize the profit and take reasonable risk; responsible for Branch profitability.
