University degree Minimum 1 year of experience in coordinating / managing credit & collection activity Previous activity in business to business area not in retail area Very good knowledge of English language Very good knowledge of Excel Persuasiveness, result oriented, pay attention to details
PURPOSE: To manage the company’s clients and to assure an effective credit and collection management, in a way that reduces the risk involved in the business environment. * AR (Amount Receivable) Collection daily management * Maintains daily contact for AR collection in due date * Solving issues related to financial statement of customers * Risk management and financial analysis of customers * Implementation of incentives due to payment in advance * Relationship management with insurance company * Orders approval according the payments of customers and credit limit available * Decision making regarding the approval of the credit limits for new clients (companies) * Organize and supervise the way the data of the commercial contracts is introduced in the database of customers * Sales support and supervising of invoicing * Manage the Credit & Collection team
