Coordinate the activity of Lead Preparation Department which has 40 KOMAX machines
Achievement of the daily, weekly and monthly targets according to schedule
Guarantee of delivery in time
Assurance of proper handling of components and material

Timely drawing up of production schedules and their implementation/monitoring
Coordination of uniform production line utilization
Assurance of availability of production materials and their appraisal
