Operations Specialist- Tyres & service

 Medium or superior studies in technical or economic field
 min 3-5 years experience in automotive or administrative field is an advantage

The Operations Specialist (OS) is primarily responsible for the management of tyres within LeasePlan. (order, delivery, approval, accuracy of database etc).
Additionally, the OS will be in charge with administrating the contracts for maintenance and repairs services for the country dealers’ network.

1. Manages the tyres administration, including goods and services supplier selection, order, delivery, approval, accuracy of database.
2. Keeps contact with external clients for ensuring the highest level of customer services.
3. Signs and administrates the maintenance and repairs services contracts/service level agreements of garages in all major cities for all vehicles brands within Lease Plan’s car fleet.
4. Permanently searches for new ways of improving the terms and conditions offered by Lease Plan’s suppliers.
5. Above mentioned activities include but are not limited to:
- prepare and file documentation
- check and book invoices
- issue reports
