Operations Specialist - Service

 Medium or superior studies in technical or economic field
 min 3-5 years experience in automotive administrative field
 experience in administrating large fleets or in car workshops is an advantage
 Acts with integrity and professionalism
 Very good interpersonal skills
 Communicates and collaborates effectively with others, verbally and in writing
 Speaks and writes fluently in local and English language
 Independent, self thinking and working

The Operations Specialist (OS) is primarily responsible for administrating the relation with the cars service networks, as well as other suppliers.
Additional the OS will provide assistance to LeasePlan’s external clients and internal clients (Sales, Finance) for the above mentioned services.

1. Administrate the relation with suppliers (car garage networks) in order to assure the required standard of service quality.
2. Approve maintenance and repairs costs of vehicles.
3. Prepare the necessary information for calculating the maintenance & residual value matrixes.
4. Investigate the market and propose new ways of improving the services for our external clients and efficiently LPRo resources allocation.
5. Above mentioned activities include but are not limited to:
- keeps contact with suppliers and clients
- check and book invoices
- issue reports
- prepare and file documentation
